A new car build that I'm involved with will have an iPad installed on the dash and I would like to know what motoring Apps are available. I know about the obvious ones, such as Dynolicious, etc, but I thought that some of the more techy guys on this forum could give me some great ideas.
If it is connected to the OBDII port, is it possible to have instruments showing on it. The car will have a 4.7 litre Mustang V6 crate engine installed. Thanks and looking forward to your input.

Re: Motoring related iPad Apps
I have heard tell of an app ( the legality of which may be questionable) which will change traffic lights in your favour.
One is one too many and one too many is never enough.

Torque Pro is the one you want. Excellent on android and I would assume available on IoS. All sorts of add-ons for it too.

Many thanks Contaminated, that's just the ticket. They don't seem to do an iPad version of it though and I don't really want to change to an Android device?

I use CMS Laptimer, can record your speed/distance etc and on track will map the track and give you lap times etc - Costs about 3 quid

Thanks Mike, that's also a most useful app.
