Keep it blue

Postby Kegco » Mon Aug 27, 2018 4:36 pm

Great day today, Matt and I sanded down the Tiger

Had to move some coach’s first and put up the spray booth.
Then strip all the lights, exhaust, off

Maybe it was yellow before

3 sanders and 2 compressors on the go and lost count how many disks we used, we are just about there.

Put away for the night
Thanks matt for your hard work today
Much appreciate
Good luck this week

Kev

Yes we didn't do too bad though it took us about 5 1/2 hours. We had to sand all the old blue off as it had reacted and left it with almost a leather look, so it had to come off so we've got a good base for the new paint.
I'm hoping to get it into primer in the next day or so and top coated by the end of the week, as I haven't really got room for it to sit at work too long.
