King Crimson cover looks good, a bit of Munch’s the scream thing going on. Reminds me of the lunatic asylums and work

Finally finished the floor it fought us all the way, got through three floor sanding machines from two hire company’s and a load of graft. It’s not perfect but ok for a couple of idiots.
House sale is bumbling along. It has its moments. Managed to navigate through the surveyors report, now getting bombarded by their solicitor. Asking ridiculous questions like was an animal proof fence put up when the house was built.. this was in 1910 ffs.
The buyers want to send their builder around to inspect the firewall to make sure we’ve done it properly. Also to look at works the buyer wants completed. My reply is best not repeated on a public forum. Needless to say it ain’t happening. We are under enough scrutiny with solicitors, surveyors, the buyer and her dad. The last thing we want is an unregulated Bob the fooking builder with his eBay certificate in hand hygiene and 3 stars from McDonald’s poking about saying everything is poop. You gotta draw the line somewhere and it’s just been drawn., rant over and breathe..
We’ve been open, transparent and helpful though at the end of the day it’s still our home. Might be different once contracts are exchanged.
