Many will remember we used to attend a service on Remembrance Sunday.
having spoken with Duncan we plan to start this again.
I shall order the wreath soon from the "poppy people",
As before we shall ask for donations toward the wreath
( £5/£10 suggested or any amount) with all leftover cash being donated to
HELP FOR HEROES in SKCC's name.
The plan will be a short run,
( or runs from different start points so members from across SKCC's area can attend) ending at the chalet cafe for breakfast then a sedate drive to the village church memorial arriving quietly and respectfully as we used to.
I hope many members approve and will attend.
