Re: Sunday 21st May run.
Well, we had a good run this morning. The route was good with some great roads, although a road closure caused some chaos near Midhurst. My Tomtom was so efficient I ended up well ahead of everyone else, and despite easing off arrived ten minutes early for breakfast.
Good to see new member of the club Simon and also Dan on his first run this year. I can't understand why you didn't bring the Bentley Dan
An enjoyable breakfast in the sun by the lake and what more could we ask for? Unfortunately, I didn't take photos, so did it happen?

The route was only 68miles so less than last week. I think about 70 is ideal as we can start at 7 and finish soon after 9. If you carry on after 9, the traffic gets much worse.

Re: Sunday 21st May run.
Defo the time of year to cram in as many runs as poss! especially evening ones over the next cple of mths!
the group i joined up here are waaaay too focused on the destination rather than the driving. Ending up at 'Prestige Garages' for mini meets etc...
but have had some good solo blasts along some cracking roads. Doesnt seem t matter that i don't know which way to go, as staying off the A roads all the others are crackers!

The advantage you have is not having to start before 7am to beat the traffic
