Re: Locost ''Eleanor'' Rebuild
Squeezed in a couple hrs this afternoon after visiting the crystal palace event to remove all the remaining paint and fibreglass the holes that were for the press studs and to repair a hole that appeared.

Re: Locost ''Eleanor'' Rebuild
Discovered my kit car today in the garage. Managed to sort out a new place to fix the new horns given they used to be on the old fan, this time on the same fixings GS as the nose cone indicators.
Then sorted out the side indicators after checking for and obstruction s in the engine bay and knocked up mini looms for both those things.

She's coming along nicely
If you want to save a few grams and have MUCH louder horns, I suggest asking for some of these for Christmas:

Still going strong Richard. Good piece of fettling, would you be better making up a bracket with a 90 degree angle on them so the horns point forward? Or are they loud enough?

Re: Locost ''Eleanor'' Rebuild
Good point Chris, trying not to restrict the air flow to much or get water in the horns.
Not tried them out but hopefully will be okay.
Managed to box up some of the powder coated items and put in the loft to free up some space.
