Caught up with the pack at the Oasis. Breakie was great value, very enjoyable. Company as good as ever, good to meet you Mark.

A couple of images caught when departing.

What a cracking morning. Left the house at 6:45am and sauntered down to the rally point via a Petrol station nearby. Noted there was a bike race on along our route and was still working out how many points I could make today when I arrived at the cafe.

A few minutes later Mark (Boz57) arrived and introductions made T And K turned up. More introductions and then wheels up. Good little 60 miler (even if i do say so myself) taking in all the obvious roads ( you know them) as well as a couple of back roads through a quintesenshal English countryside and village/hamlet on the stream. Soon back round the loop and with breakfast ordered we sat outside.

Food decent enough and chat great. The Beef turned up and the v8 storys flowed.

Great to meet you (Mark) today and your "ChrisL" copy tiger.

Sunday mornings are made for this.

Oh and for completeness no cyclists were damaged in the making of this tale.

Really enjoyed that this morning, long way out for me but as you know I don’t moan about having to travel an hour to get to a run ;)

Great roads over in the east and great to meet Mark. Radio banter was fantastic this morning as Neil could only hear us and not talk to us - so I walked him through Charltons epic win against the league one side Sunderland a couple of times as well as reminding him where he got nicked for speeding a few years ago

Breakfast was great, but the setting for that cafe isn’t. We grabbed a table and walked it into the sunny part of the car park and ate there!!!

Till next time folks
