Mike,

Good luck getting the car back running. I only have one question, are there any Rover V8 engines left out there, which you've not procured
Tiger Cat E1 - 2008-2009
Tiger R6 - 2009-2014
Austin Healey Sprite - 2014-2018
Fisher Fury Le Mans - 2018-2019

Good news.. block and crank second engine good to go, cleaned and ready to rebuild.

Not so good news.. engines turned out to be 3.5's. Sold with 3.9 plenums. was going to check the serial numbers at the time but as Jay said you dont ask for a 15" wheel then get the tape measure out.. fooking will do in future though.

Not impressed.

Bottom end sorted, sump painted. Rocket gear stripped and soaking in cleaner. Need to prep the heads, will chip away during the week and hopefully get the engines swapped at the weekend.
