Still plan to be shaking it down next weekend. The Powerspeed guys have been right on the button both in timing and quality so far so I've asked them to do the wiring loom for me to. Cage comes back from Powdercoating mid-week and by then everything should be in the engine bay and the fuel pumps, swirl pot etc mounted. Last job is the ECU for the back end of the week.

Bound to be something catches me out but thats the plan and it has been since I started.

can't beat a bit of porn, even if it is car porn however....... - Neil your pictoral challenge is to photoshop a pic of Jenna or Brianna into your car - that';ll finish it off quite nicely.

That will finish it or you off nicely? ;) I'll get some daylight pics of the zorst tomorrow as it simply got too dark to do the system justice.

Now where's my Photoshop Laptop???!!!

Ben,
I'm doing bits to keep the costs in control but it's mostly Powerspeed. In reality I was never going to do the zorst, engine mounts or shorten the cage. The only thing I've handed to them that I didn't plan to is the ECU loom. I have assembled the ancillaries etc. ready for them to be fitted.

Couple of additional things I might buy as I'm concerned having spoken to a few people; Remote Filter housing, and Jenveys own Throttle linkage. I'm know for certain this week. That may add a couple of days to the build if I can't get them quick. I didn't want to spend the money but I may have to. Throttle linkage is £150 and as yet I don't know what the Remote filter housing and associated pipework will cost?

Happy days.

Neil, cant you just get a shorter filter rather than a remote oil filter?, I guess the standard one is hitting your steering column?, remote ones are good but are expensive and Ive heard can fail too!!!
