I thought it might be worth listing any Companies / Suppliers we have used that have provided a good service.
As stated there is no obligation or connection implied. Its just to help us get / keep the cars on the road so we can do what comes naturally to us.......... Drive them
So here is my starter for Ten:

Re: Recommended Suppliers (No Obligation)
Capital Supplies really helped get my car finished as MNR sent the car as pretty much find, buy, make, do it yourself and one thing we needed lots of was bolts, fixers, tools etc. The seem to have every single style, size and thread of bolt available and even had rivet nut tool heads. They are based in croydon and only open Mon-Fri which is a shame but when you need a one off suspenion bolt they are the people to go to. Heres the site http://www.capitalsupplies.co.uk

When the prop joint went in the Rickman I was wondreing where I was going to get a Capri prop from, looked up Bailey Morris on the web, down-loaded the order form & faxed it, the guy called me inside 20mins, took the car No. & a brand new prob made to my requirement turned up 3 days later for £110.
Excellent service.

Soft bits for Sevens http://www.softbitsforsevens.co.uk are really helpful for all soft tops, sidescreens, half-hoods, covers, etc - and they also do one off's for other lesser (non-7) cars

Segal Auto Trimmings, Manchester. The most helpful company I have come across. Sent loads of samples immediately and have a very wide choice for vinyls, carpets, etc.

Re: Recommended Suppliers (No Obligation)
Here are a few suppliers I've used and would recommend:
Think Automotive in Isleworth - very knowledgeable people with a huge range of pipe, connectors and more. One small downside I found today when I called them to get four folder copper washers at 70 odd pence. They wouldn't budge on their minimum postage charge of £3.95 even though an envelope and a first class stamp would have done the job. Still don't let that put you off, great service every time I've called in.
ETB Instruments - helpful people.
East Coast Fibre Glass Supplies (http://www.ecfibreglasssupplies.co.uk). Very helpful, quick delivery and reasonable prices compared to others I found on the interweb.
Updating the above comment about Think Automotive - the minimum postage comment was via phone. I'd also sent an email requesting the same. This they replied to (maybe having seen what I'd bought there a couple of weeks before) and sent me the washers totally FOC. Now that's the sort of thing that gets repeat business
