Midlana Build

Postby b33fy » Sun Apr 27, 2014 5:26 pm

Thought I'd start a fresh thread on my Midlana build, I won't bore you with every detail of the build as this is predominantly a blatting club, I'll post up any significant progress. For those that aren't sure what I'm attempting to build, its one of these..

Build table is now done, ready for marking out and ordering steel.

I've a build thread at http://www.midlana.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=505 where the original designer/builder is very active which will cover the build in more detail.

I hope you've had plenty of welding practice Mike ;)

Thanks all, I'll try and keep the progress coming.

Its got its shortfalls Tony, especially as its not a garage, more a man cave.. The car will be built there, disassembled for painting then finished elsewhere.

This should be good :)

I hope it goes more smoothly than the SDR, at least you'll be less dependent on others.

It's official! The build has begun. Cutting it a bit close IMHO, the road trip is in four weeks!

I think Tony has a right to be jealous of about any garage since I have seen the size of his...
