Mission for W/C 28th March 2010

Week 3 in the MFTW series. You know how it goes. One post to declare the mission and a second to say if you achieved it.

So post away.

Right.....
1/ Get a few stone chips tidied up
2/ check possible iffy wiring on the ECU Plug
3/ Stock up on bits n pieces for Detling - charcoal, drinks etc.
4/ Make up a car related/driving playlist for Detling.
5/ Persuade the missus that a new set of cams are essential.

It should be (has to be really...) a good week for me:
1) Finish wiring
2) First start
3) possibly throw some paint at it!

Only one:-
GET THE FURY BACK ON THE ROAD!

Just needs a tax disc. :D :D :D :D

I'll also be starting the Ranger's engine swap. But that's not a target - as such.

Right, and this maybe easy for me as I'm only working today and Tuesday this week, although Ive heard a rumour that Mrs B wants to go to the ideal home exhibition on Wednesday.....

1/ Buy a small buffer attachement for my drill and try to polish up my silencer properly
2/ Check my ignition wiring because I've blown two fuses in the last month for some unknown reason
3/ Check my nuts!, havent done this for a while and need to go over the car with a spanner
4/ Think of a good excuse for Wednesday
5/ Check my nuts - depending on how good the excuse for Wednesday was

Change oil and filter
Polish downpipes and exhaust
Pre-MOT check (MOT is next week)
Clean it - or persuade son it's an important part of his education that he does this for me ;)
Assemble bits and pieces (HiViz vests, triangle etc.) for Le Blat
