Well as one project finishes another one starts.
This time I ask you all to endure videos of me overhauling a spare set of Ford M16 brake callipers in readiness for replacing the ones on the Locost.
Hopefully only a couple of episodes

It's great that you share all this knowledge with the club Richard. Especially for all of us mechanically inept simpletons.
Perhaps "how to" posts need a separate section on the forum so they are easier to find? Just a thought. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Chris, yea I was looking for a better section to post it in.
With the reduced use of the forum and lack of feedback, not sure I will link any more on here after I complete this one.

That's a shame Richard but I do get it. The forum seems very quiet at the moment.

I watch them Rich and was really impressed with the end result of the calliper, I almost bought one of those powder coating machines at the Detling show all those years ago
I was also impressed with all the red over spray on everything
Keep em coming

Detling is where I got mine from, you can get an uprated one that rely on static electricity.
The powder is quite cheap so may as well try to get every nook rather than realise u have missed a bit and quite easy to hoover up once the wet floor has dried up.
I have chatted to a few about an activity session letting others have a go at various things if they like ( spraying, welding, grinding, media blasting, powder coating, to name a few ) , but covid had halted that.

I check in here and read your posts Rich, and I would be keen on your suggested activity session
Hopefully covid will blow over soon, besides, we'd be outside anyway.
