Nice one Tony, that Zetec seems to fit rather well in that chassis. Rather you than me with all that wiring, pretty sure you can bin a lot of that.
Glad you got your Mojo back Tony, always liked the projects you have worked on. lets hope we can get out again soon.

IT LIVES!!!!!

There's engine sensors all over the garage floor plugged into bits of unwrapped loom, no exhaust, no cooling system, no air filter & it's as lumpy as a lumpy thing, but it's run, so the rest is fettling.

Feeling quite smug right now :D :D :geek:

Good work Tony. I'm having trouble getting motivated at the moment. I've got a few winter projects lined up but it's too cold and damp!
MkII Marlin Roadster with Ford 2.0L Pinto and Type 9 gearbox. Going for the oily rag restoration look :-)

When I took the CVH out it had 1mm of end float on the crank, so I'd say "tired" might be a good word to describe it. :D
