MEV Rocket reputation/experience?

Has anyone got any experiences in owning/driving a MEV Rocket?

What’s their reputation like amongst the forum?

Only reason I ask is Strikers seem thin on the ground and I saw this on flea-bay

Hold out for a a Striker, one will come along eventually. That’s not a comment on MEV by the way, I just think the Striker is a great car.

Ha! Still want to know about the MEV but I don’t disagree.

I’m kind of lying, there are Strikers out there but the two that look in the best knick ‘on paper’ are pinto powered. For some reason, pintos just doesn’t appeal to me (i’m being bigoted tw@, I know) and engine swaps are a bit pricey for me

There’s a Zetec one on eBay that looks ropey and a 4age one on PH / eBay which feels a little pricey to me.
