I hope you all had a good day (apart from the rain in the pm).
On my way back there for part 2 today.

Yeah it was a shame,
Have a good one, hopefully get some good times in and the weather stays dry for you.

Thanks. 4th overall today. Sun shone and it was very pleasant if a little tiring.

I went to this a few years ago and had a great time. Definitely plan to go again, but was busy this year.
Some great cars there (and pics of them).
@Geoff, how does your car perform there? From what I remember it was tight in places, perhaps a little different from say Combe?

Motorsport at the Palace, great event over the weekend at the only Motorsport event in London at Crystal Palace. 4th overall on both days, the Zeus is a big old bus to be charging round the Park roads, some of which where the old GP Circuit.

The car looks as wide as the track Jeff! I imagine the Zeus isn't the best weapon to have on that track?

Re: Motorsport at the Palace 2019
Not ideally suited, never got out of 2nd gear. It is really about the crowds being able to see different types of car. The hillclimb single seaters are tiny and very light (under 300Kg) with lots of wings, they broke the record on Monday and got it down to 30.20 secs...or 5 secs faster than my best !
