Hi, I'm Nash and I'm new here! Well it feels like that after all this time!
I finally got the indy to turn a wheel in early November after a year of upgraditous, at a Snetterton Track Day. That was a very mixed day for me. On one hand it was a great success as the car really does go! The downside was I spent the day getting canned off the noise police! Although it sounded wicked in a schoolboy way it was simply too loud.
The following day the car went back to Kev at Zero to fulfil the original brief.
That simple sentence has taken 4 months to fulfil! Not through lack of effort just turns out to be a challenging brief!!
The car is now back with me and on the MK3 version of the exhaust. The silencer has been completely redesigned and I have photos of the inside which I'm not able to show (at kev's request) but it is VERY trick!
I don't have an official Db number as yet as I need to do a TD and get it properly checked but I'm hopeful.
So, my name is Neil and I hope to see some of you out and about real soon.
Cheers...
