Got a few hours on the car today and a few more bits plated up. Hopefully get a bit more time on it tomorrow, I would like to get the front wing and front panel on this weekend but I’ll see what happens

Re: My winter project
Bit more done today, repaired the end of the scuttle panel and finished off boxing it all up around the inner wing. Fitted the front panel and wing, the drivers side as all welded no just got to weld the other side of the front panel to inner wing and wing

Re: My winter project
I haven’t updated for a while but have quite a bit done.
All the welding is finished and painted and undersealed. Under the bonnet has been painted. The engine went back in at the weekend and is all connected and up and running with the original oil pressure problems cured. We hadn’t put a new water pump on but the old one has started leaking so I’ve now changed it.
I’ve got to fit the brake servo/ master cylinder then it’s driveable (sort of). I’m hoping to take it up to work to paint the outside as I get complaints about the smell at home

Looking good Matt
Well done especially with all the other projects going on
At least you didn’t get a mix up on the engine front
