I don’t think wing mirrors are going to be your problem, I think holding on when you put your foot down might be the problem!!

Luckily they are likely to fit a seat so he doesn't have to hang on  :D HTH

Jeff Lee normally ditches the passenger seat and then offers passenger rides   I have avoided taking him up on the offer.

Any updates Lee?! :)

I've just booked my car in with RLM Racing for a mapping session on 21st May. Wondered if yours would be ready around then too?

hey guys, really sorry ive been offline for a while, had a house move and been knee deep in DIY and looking after the little one, hardly had any time for car enthusinasm, still havnt even got a tele up and running yet. on the plus side ive started the garage fit out.

its been a rough couple of months with the car and a couple of occasions ive lost my temper but as of today the car is pretty much finished just awaiting IVA date. Ive had to cancel numerous HSA climbs and ive just had to cancel shelsley walsh and prescott this month as i dont want the stress of worrying if the IVA will come through. also had to cancel the wales trip with some of the SKCC gang.

issues have been with auto electrician, going missing for 3 weeks and the when he turned up realising that the formula AIM steering wheel cannot work without the EVO 4 Datalogger so we had to wait for that...and it was an extra 1k on the bill, so the frigging wheel and datalogger have cost me 2k in total!!
Then MNR realised that there were some parts missing from the Jenvey intake system and MBE ecu so had to wait for those, finally got that sorted and then realised the clutch salve cylinder was missing from the engine so had to get one from SBD. another 200 quid down.

Last week Marc was setting up the wheel with all the settings and said it is like setting up the starship enterprise.

so as its stands we have IVA to do then add the rear wing, dashboard satnav, aftermarket silencer then onto testing for a day on track with Marc tagging along for adjustments etc.

again, appologies for not being around much... house move almost killed me

next stage will be the colourscheme, i do love the retro stripes like my tiger but im thinking of doing dofferent colours this time, 2 options - a tribute to James hunt 3 stripes or the porsche.

I did think you'd need the logger as well when you mentioned the AIM wheel. Nice to see it almost finished, I'll see you out and about I'm sure.

Nearly there Lee. Is there a warp factor in the wheel settings? ;)

How do those different length trumpets work? Not seen that before.
