It's very easy Duncan, the cleaner the environment though (is not me ) the better as any dust or grit particles cannot be seen on the black powder when only dust but do not melt so you can feel it as grit.
When it all done I will open my doors to all to have a go.

Finished wiring the second headlight unit/plug, both tested and boxed up with a few other things in the loft.
Engine and gearbox out for some welding of the chassis and so I can make the brake pipes round the engine bay.

Brake pipe time, I even put some IVA nut protectors over the bare ends to stop me loosing an eye till I sort out some special ends

Blimey Rich, you don't mess about do you, hope completion isn't too far away. Pleased to see that despite all the clever stuff you've been up to a hammer can be seen in one of your latest pics :D

Mates after selling his Robin Hood that I used for roadtrip this year, can't spare the cash so unless I get it ready for the roadtrip next year I'm screwed

So set up the chassis and suspension mounting the best I have yet when I made the new front end a year ago once the steering rack and shaft went in it was clear things were too close for comfort, so now was the time to mark and cut out a sections to clear the shaft, plug weld in a very think secretion of metal.put a curved cover over it, itself thicker than the chassis box section and an external plate for good measure.
