So once back home after family duties loads more checking measuring and checking etc and managed to secure it over the top rail and once the fluted gap was set securing the bottom after loads of trimming.

The front section is going to need to be trimmed round the sus and shock mounts so a CAD is under way and will be able to use the fook up from this morning.

It's only a rough cut I was eager to get out the cold last night.
My main gripe with the complete side panels fitted previously was having to pull the bottom off to get some of the bone bolts out so was hoping to just be able to remove the front section and even do it with it in place hence why the holes are egg shape.

Managed to bend up the lower level and get some fixings in, still got to get some more relief round one of the wishbone holes.

Well done, it's coming along really well
The winter I assembled my Caterham it was -2.5C in the garage, so I do sympathise. It's lucky you aren't a brass monkey
