First placing of the radiator suggest might be a tad high so may need another pair of holes drilled but looks good quality. But like the fact I could use the old set up as a spare with minimal change to even the hoses.

Been doing some more rubbing down of the filler over the joins in roll bar, got one bar ready for a coat or two of the final colour, but all wrapped up and protected for now till the rest are ready.
Meanwhile it was time for a bit of a tidy up of the chassis from cable off cuts and lable backing and some more cable wrapping and labelling.

Rich 2 things you may want to think about with the radiator . First with the angle it sitting at you may want to put a bleed in the very top at the front back to your header tank or your be running with half the top tank empty . Second is with the position of that temp switch being in the front its not going to be a lot of good unless you do the bleed .

Cheers Dick, will be using my inline thermo switch in the top hose, think this is their standard set up that they adapted for my fixings and fan in the front and will have to put a bleed in as you recommend.
Rich.

Not exactly the weather for fibreglass but as I do a little bit of a build up to check the rad height under the nosecone and the fit and finish of the bonnet between scuttle and nosecone I recall this bonnet, that is the intended one to use is not cut square so now is the time to start sorting it out
Meanwhile some more work on the roll cage fettling

This is going to get messy .
Will problem remove some of the upper front edge and attach a layer or two to that so stop there being a chance of a tide mark appearing through the paint
