Started to make a box to long term store the spare bonnet, left it screwed to the hardboard that was used during the machine polishing, then fix the construction wood to it, need to trim off the excess and box in the sides, fit some handles then find somewhere to store it.

Good idea, of course hopefully now you have a spare bonnet, you'll never need it :D

Well it been my companion and part of the garage for well over a year now but if time for the remaining reduced spray booth to come apart as I need to space for a new project, I will miss it and do hope I can re-erect it some time.
Loads of dust disturbed as I ripped off the plastic sheeting, just need to bag it and dispose of that and store the rest once I get the last few pieces down.

Not contacted the RR people yet, bit short of funds and I am expecting the TBs will need costly work, so trying to build that up before I get in touch with them Matt.

Will wait a while before I let the cat out the bag Duncan, but I need the other half of the garage.
Spray booth now completely down and boxing in the bonnet is well underway
Rich.

You tube seems to have lost my latest video so do it the old fashioned way instead.
Wanted to hide the appearance of the fuel and brake pipes and the wiring that I have tried to tidy up as much as possible already.
So I made a two piece cover that goes across the chassis rails at the head of the tunnel and also holds the fuse box in a more production type appearance.
Made a mock up in Ali followed by steel that was powder coated and held in with riv nuts or taped holes in the chassis.
Very happy with the outcome.

Decided to make up a fuse and relay list to stick inside the fuse box lid so even though I have the fuses that glow when blow it should help me out when required.
Think the one with the red writing will be better.
