Really enjoyed the run plus I found some great roads there and on the way back so icing on the cake!
Breakfast banter was up to scratch and good to catch up with some people I’d not seen in a while.

yes, as others have said, always a pleasure to get out on a Sunday - really sorry to all those who didn't have a radio as you missed a stonking episode of gardeners world with me and Kenton this week!! - infact one other runner was so impressed he was working out where he could plant my radio!
