Insurance have given the go ahead so the Cars gonna be repaired, guess I'm gonna miss the summer tho :(

Mark,
The reason its taken this long is the insurance company wanted an independant engineer to check the work required, as some of the chassis rails are bent then I'm assuming its a complete strip down/body off repair as the body on an avon is one piece, then the bent chassis sections need cutting out and new sections welded in on a jig. then it all needs reassembling.
