Good run out this morning, just Chris and I from Edenbrige with breakfast at Perry Farm. A bit of early drizzle as I left home soon gave way to a nice sunny 70 miler.

I haven’t been out on a run for a while and I’m not sure if that was a contributory factor but I really enjoyed Sunday’s run. Some cracking roads, mostly traffic free and some sunshine to boot. (Definitely worth having some sunnies and/or a cap in the car as the sun is at eye level with our early starts).
Breakfast was disappointing but had a good chat with Steve.

The radio was silent.... hopefully the numbers will be back up to the usual next weekend (after what I understand to be an enjoyable club “do”).
