I got chatting to a guy I know yesterday that runs a hotrod/American car club, they now have they’re monthly breakfast meet at the Red Barn near lingfield he said the breakfast is about a tenner and is good. He said to me to try and get some of us down there as everyone is welcome.
So I’m thinking I’ll do a route as usual and start possibly Edenbridge and finish at the Red Barn

Re: Sunday 2nd September
Great run out,
Thanks for organising Matt
Lots of twist and turns but to many bumps in the road. Nice weather a bit chilly, and patchy misty bits but cleared up as the morning broke.
Second half nearly had another passenger, as a pheasant tried to land on the bonnet.
Roads were getting busier with cyclists, and slow people ( runners walker and old people) lol
And we lost the pack and meet at red barn were there was only a couple hot rods who didn’t stay long. Breakfast was ok bit overpriced, but good company

Re: Sunday 2nd September
It was a good run out this morning with a couple of dodgy waypoints which I put in on purpose honest breakfast was good, shame we were being attacked by wasps which seemed to leave all the other tables alone pretty much.
I’ve had a look for the source of the strong fuel smell which I was getting this morning and can’t find any leaks even when the pump is running pressurising it. I have spotted that the inside of the silicone hoses holding the carbs on are starting to perish a little bit but they are not leaking I’ll just have to keep my eye on it and see if anything appears in the next week or two

Re: Sunday 2nd September
Very nice breakfast but the Red Barn is a bit too posh (expensive) for the likes of SKCC! A good morning's driving though.

Re: Sunday 2nd September
When I spoke to them last week they were going on to a show at Kenley after the breakfast meet so I guess they changed they’re minds and went straight to kenley
