Thanks for all comments guys, had a puncture to sort and went in search of a tyre shop yesterday so did not meet with the gang all day and I stuck with boring roads getting to the new hotel later than usual, never got the wifi code so could not post up what we did put together, presently sat in Q at eurotunnel so see what I can do later.

Certainly not my best effort Duncan, still sat in France at Eurotunnel car park, waiting to see the others, finishing and uploaded the
Richvideo from yesterday and waiting for Utube to let me have a code to copy.

Reflecting at this point on my issues, would still do it again in a heartbeat even knowing what the challengers were to be.
Worse bit, having to wait another year !

I can’t believe how much rain you are having, I thought Mark was the sun god in these euro trips !!!

relatively speaking the 'sun god' did alright.....the forecast for the entire southern area was awful, in reality we had bugger all rain save for a thunderstorm on day 3...which was out of this world. But weather around mounatins is localised, the forecast for the Hotel that day was thunder/storm from 3pm, and they had nowt, not a drop. Was just talking to Rob and Gary incase my brain was addled - and we the worst we had was 30 mins of storm, otherwise was just a short hard shower on 3 days....and when that sun was out - Scorchio!

Too late to start thinking about a report, but;
Humans safe, 3 cars need some tlc - Rich somehow kept Eleanor running, Rob has some tweaks to fettle and mine has developed an oil leak somewhere around the oil cooler.
Cple of thousand miles with new and old pals....epic roads, scenery to amaze ....

Time for another shower to rinse out the smell of oil....
