Well after we sheltered from the rain till it eased at least, had a cuppa (cheers Neil), topped up with fuel we ploughed on.
After quite some time my exhaust decided to snap, thought it sounded a bit throaty, pulled off with Neil and lashed it up to stop it scrapping all the way home.

No I didn't get the exhaust sorted for today but never mind I'll get it done eventually.
I'll try to get down and finish your car one day next week, I'll give you a call

Chickened out and went in the tin top, felt sorry for you lot on the way back, it absolutely tipped it down. By the time we walked round to the stand we were soaking wet.
Anyway managed to get some photos before the downpour...

Well most of the salient points have been covered apart from Richard doing an Ace Ventura impression in the rain after he through his wiper at me. It was a great impression.

The show was a good day considering we all thought it was going to be a wash out. Don't get me wrong, Some of us got a proper soaking but it didn't dampen the spirits. All in all a good day.

Thanks for the great company everyone.

Anyone got the "official" photos from the track side man?

He just sent me 18 thumbnails, 13 of which are very good pics (the others are good, but my car is in the background). They are £10 each or £35 for the lot. His e-mail is on the orange sticker, but mine was almost washed off so it's [email protected].
