Hope you all have a great day, I'm sure the event will go well for you James and Jill, after all the hard work you've done to organise it. Have a good one all. :)

We're all ready to go. Looking forward to it. We hope it goes well for all those that have put such hard work into it.

For some great causes too!

Route driven by Jill and I today and all well. Car all ready to go albeit with a slight cold start problem. Weather looks like it's going to be ok for us all, fingers crossed and see you all in the morning.

Yes just want to reiterate what a super day out it was and thank you to James and Co for arranging. Really good mix of cars to have a look at too.

We're definitely signing up for next year.

Thanks to all who came along and supported the event, the 2018 run will be on the same weekend next year so pop it in your diary if you feel like having a go. The final sum raised is yet to be finalised but somewhere in the region of £2000 which we will divide up among the three nominated charities.

The weather was just right and the mix of cars was better that last year. Only witnessed one slight mishap. Whilst lining up to collect their finishers award a Jag SS100 rear ended a Merc in front of him. More damage to the Jaguar than the Merc but probably a new bumper for the Merc and some panel beating for the Jag. The driver decided he was to hot and decided to take off his sweater, Result in pulling it over his head, his foot slipped off the clutch and it lurched forward. Note to self, when removing clothing always put in Neutral!!!

Overall a great day and once again thanks to everyone for coming along and supporting the event.

There was also a MKII Jag that reversed into a tree that needed a new bumper! Wouldn't happen at SKCC.
