Thanks all for your interest, a great response. I made some tentative enquiries at Surrey rolling road, £40 per car, bookings being taken for June 3rd 10th and 17th. I'll try a couple of others, and see if I can get the price down a bit, firm up a date and post up at the weekend.

Was visiting Farnborough Wickes last weekend so swung past SRR, as it is just round the back. Looked very busy with a Clio owners club. There are some very nice old shape Clio Sports still knocking around. If only budget permitted.

Anyone fancy a get together at a rolling road. Done a few in the past, quite a sociable thing. Usually takes a morning with approx twenty cars. You get three power runs on the rollers. If there is enough of us then there may be a complimentary barbecue. Works out roughly £20-30 per car. A couple of company's offers this to clubs, Surrey Rolling Road in Farnborough (Hants ) and AmD in Grays, Essex.

More of a social event, than bragging rights if that's your thing.. nice to know where your car is at and that upgrade etc is doing its thing. Though bear in mind some roads are more generous than others. ..though if you really want to brag...
