Cheddar Gorge runSept 10th

Postby Matth93 » Fri Jan 06, 2017 8:40 am

Is anyone up for a run to Cheddar Gorge?
I was thinking of possibly doing it on 11th June so 2 weeks after the road trips, or could do it at the beginning of September as I was thinking July /August is probably not a good idea ( school holidays)

So I have stolen this from Grahams run he organised a couple of years ago ive just got to dig the route out which I have from before

from newlands corner with an early start , 7AM
128 miles outward & 128 miles back to liphook area.
but am open to ideas about start time
there is a cafe near the chew valley lake .

we do get to do the gorge 3 times

1, Matt H June or Sept

Sept 3rd is good for me - only problem, schools will still be out and it may be a slow run home?
