Very enjoyable couple of days with a good bunch of guys, and Gal.

Run up with Tony, Brian & Paul was great and bar a short, sharp shower in Newick (about three miles after setting off from home) the run up was dry. We stopped at The Trout Inn on the way up, at Mark's recommendation, lovely place and VERY popular.

Weather made up for allowing us a dry run up - it pi$$ed down all night! At least it dried up from early morning today and I didn't catch any rain until 2 miles from home.

Thanks to Mark, Neil (& Ben), Matt & Liz for getting all setup prior to us arriving yesterday.

Tony, think Mark was right with 'googles'!

Hi all just a quick post as I've just woken up to sort the dog out and go back to bed as Ben and I are officially na..knac.... Very tired.

Great event from the company point of view, Ben and I had a top time despite the naff weather. You lot are mad according to Ben and that's praise in deed coming from a 12 year old modern younger :o :D

More tomorrow but my nice, warm and "dry" bed beacons

Thanks from me also, very good burger by the way. Ipod pedometer said over 10,000 steps - thet's more than a month's worth!&nd I got most of the bits & bobs I needed. Anybody else watch the videos of the GD T70 at the 'ring & the Ultima at the Top Gear track

I had an uneventful but fun ride home, though by the time i got there my legs were so stiff I could barely get out of the car.

Got back about an hour ago, last night was not so bad, cold but dry. That I had managed to find a hotel room just down the road helped :)

Call me a wimp, but it just wasn't going to be the same without the rest of you and besides I needed a shower - badly.

A big thanks to Mark for organising the BBQ and club area etc. I especially enjoyed the doughnuts...

Well lads what can i say, was it something i said or what.
No seriously i was my fault for missing the BBQ, got carried away and grabbed some lunch whilst walking round.
Had my own grub and stove just in case it was needed anyways.
Not a bad nights sleep (helped by a few fosters ), bit windy but no rain and better than what you guys had the night before.
See a few more cars today and made a move about 13.30, not a bad run home on and off light rain and that freezing hail in your face.
But car run like a dream so hopefully my recent troubles are behind me.
Hope to see you all soon on a run somewhere. 8-)
Rich.

Felt a bit guilty Rich cutting and running without seeing you - but guessed you'd got wrapped up in the Show.....maybe you can make the Chip Run on Friday?
