Alps in July?

Postby nelmo » Fri Jul 03, 2020 3:23 pm

A tad last minute ;) but as all the quarantine requirements have now been removed, I am sneaking off to the Alps for a week on July 19th, with a local German bloke I've been in touch with from the old GBS forum.

If anyone is interested in a last minute adventure and would like to join us, drop me a message.

Vague plan is:

Eurotunnel to Dijon
Dijon to Meirengen in Switzerland
Meirengen to Albertville in France for 3 days.
Albertville back home (returning July 25th).

Yes, safe journey and I hope the weather gods are kind to you.

Damn, I've missed not doing a road trip this year!

Some good pics on your blog already. Post some updates/pics on here as you go to remind us all of the fun you're having.

Thanks guys - it's awesome, as most of you can probably imagine.

Sorry, I've not put pics on here but WiFi is a little slow but they are all in my blog (link in my sig).
