Last minute run to join in with the London to Brighton vet run.
Matt and I decided to meet up at the closed down Grasshopper Westerham.

Didn’t take any photos as driving but had GoPro on the go so vid to follow
We pulled into Caterham showroom on the way through to find it was closed. So carried on with the Vet cars.
Went past a 7’s Caterham meet, so thought we would turn around and have a look at some 7’s but was told pretty much wasn’t welcome unless you was a member.
What ever!!
So carried on with our run
Didn’t go all the way to Brighton but ended up going to the Ardingly Auto jumble, where we met Matt’s Mum and dad, which was a nice catch up.
In the car park was it’s own car show

Then a nice run home where the skies were getting darker.
had a few spots of rain on way home. But a good day
Thanks Matt for Organising

Really like the rat rod. Kind of like where I should be but never done it. Like the way people do it but I have no imagination :P

I like the look but close up they were pretty rough and knocked about and then clear coated

It was a good run out and nice to see the veteran cars and all the other classics out and about.
I’ve made up a bit of video but I’ve decided I should have moved my camera as it’s not the best angle to see the cars. This is what I’ve got though so I hope it’s ok

Mine is not much better and It was on the roll bar, a lot of sun glair, and mainly looking at the interior and through the windscreen
My laptop is having a few issues with playing the footage, out of sync and jumpy. But think with a large hammer and sticky tape it can be fixed

Problems with GoPro App but cut down the footage and captured some highlights, stuck it on YouTube but it dumped a watermark across the middle
What free software are people using for Editing their videos

DaVinci Resolve.

Last year I stumbled across a 2-part video by The Loam Ranger on YouTube and his advice was spot on for a non-photographer/non-video type like me.

Now obviously I don’t have a kit car so I do this for mountain biking, but the principles should be the same.
