Re: WOW (Way Out West) Sun 21Jul
Neil on our first run I was behind you and arrived at the apex and thought youd hit the bank, I think they caught a few people out. For me I was all like 'these guys have done this run before' then found myself changing to 3rd at 50 when the 3rd one came up straight(ish) in front of me. GREAT FUN

It is possible to create routes in Google Maps and to save/share them but as you'd expect it is proprietary so there is no support for converting it to other formats, or at least not that I have found yet...

The key is to use an independent tool to create the route and output to multiple formats (inc. Google Maps .kml). You can then hand it out in whatever format suits people's devices and also upload a .kml to Google Maps for sharing/collaborating on prior to the run.
One such tool that may be useful is ITN Converter:

Yes converting is fine it's the input to the process that's a little difficult as Tyre does not always work. Google maps offers a pretty decent planning mode but you can't save it to a file

New version of ITN Converter works really well in Editor mode - just like the old Tyre. On Sunday CoPilot did fail to register that we'd passed a few way points. I think this is because the main part of the route was imported from an old file and perhaps some rounding errors crept in to the coordinates (on screen map shows as on the road, but CoPilot perhaps thinks they are just off the road). I will try and move the way points just a little in ITN Converter and then hopefully they will get re-written with the correct GPS coordinates. A brand new route created only in ITN Converter would help validate.

Re: WOW (Way Out West) Sun 21Jul
Thanks for a great run out guys. Loved it.
Have found that the rattle and oil pressure issues I was talking about is likely my low end shims letting oil pass them due to wear. I am about to take the engine out and replace the shims with possible crank grind if required. Then hopefully I will be back at it and a bit more confident in her!
I hope to see you out this way again soon, always up for a run out around the local roads and taking in ZigZag Hill.
Here is a little video of the Zig Zag hill action...
