Good bit of information, thanks Neil :D

I have had trouble in a couple of car parks with the Westie as it does not trip the gates as it is mostly plastic resulting in me having to negotiate exit from the car park. it can take some time. Hopefully not a problem if I can sell it. :D

I had a parking ticket in the local Asda, as the numpty did not see my valid stub on the dash board
I had already had the £1 knocked off the bill, so it was legit

we went straight back in, and demanded to see the manager, who just tore the parking fine up and threw it in the bin,
we never heard another thing, so it proves they can not enforce it

I came back to the car to find a sticker on it saying "parking fine" - I'd made an effort to get it central so I thought it was nice of them to notice

The old ones aren't always the best :D
