good post David, i think we need to add a few more to this list over the next month or so, i fancy a weekend in Wales, an eat Anglian day(s) and maybe even another day accross the le water.

i also enjoy the more cultural trips, things like ypres and this years day at bletchley was really intersting, who'd be up for a long weekend in Normandy for the D Day beaches/Bayauex tapestry type thingy - any other ideas?

Yeh good I was only saying to Richard earlier I would like to do one of those car limits day at north weald as well.
Also tony was on about doing some runs north of the river Essex and Suffolk , that would be good too.

How about a Way Out East run? I've never been to deepest, darkest Kent to experience the roads

Funny you should say that, I went on Lotus Seven club blat out east up near Ramsgate, and there were some pretty good roads.
We had a good breakfast at the Airport Cafe near Port Lympne Zoo

Mrs T and I are still wanting to do the Morgan factory tour with an overnight in a nice country hotel. Tours only on weekdays so would mean one or two days off work. But surely a great opportunity for a really good blat there and back. Summer would be best. If a few are interested I will organise.
