In this case a job oppertunity - an interview with GKN Aerospace took me to the isle of Wight & as the weather was set fair I took the Rickman ("The Flying Fridge") seen here at the pointy end of the ferry:-

I did have to take towels & bedding & my wife's £25  memoryfoam pillow! Anyway that was on the way home from the IoW, so there's a the duty-free as well.

I'm just pleased my luggage rack took the wieght.

As has been suggested to me, I am posting this picture I took yesterday when quite by chance, while visiting the village of Chilham to have lunch, I came across a bunch of Jaaags and a certain Mr Clarkson and his film crew. He was driving an Eagle E-type which I have since discovered is a custom built car, so effectively a component car, or dare I say kit car with a price tag between £100K - £200K+ depending on spec.
Website here: http://www.eaglegb.com/
They are based in Southern England so I think this qualifies on all grounds

Like the picture, and love the story, but there's just one small flaw...... the picture is supposed to have your car in it. Better just Photoshop it in, in the background somewhere, before anyone notices :D
