Very impressed with help received today from Dave at Emerald. I wasn't sure which of the three maps was which. He offered to log on to my laptop while connected to the ECU using TeamViewer to talk me through them. Turns out with the rotary switch disconnected I've been running on the economy map! Having purchased the switch I can select all three maps, including the 'performance' map :D Great service, particularly considering I'd only spent a few quid on a switch with them, which he probably didn't even know!

I have to say that Dave (and his team) are great to deal with, I've dealt with them about 4 or 5 times over the last 10 years and its refreshing to know that someone does care about customer service - just a pity that the majority of the car builder companies don't seem to care as much!!
