Northern Correspondent on tour

Postby Nash » Thu Apr 08, 2010 8:21 pm

Got up to the outlaws (my birth place to) about 6pm and 310 miles after setting off. It took 2 hours to get off the M25 :o

Great drive after that weather fantastic and road clear. I can now feel the culture flowing through my veins. :D

Does anyone need a red cross parcel bringing back south with me?

Hi Neil, its been a while since i saw one in the flesh - can you bring back a gobby bird, wearing a footie shirt, full of facials piercings......will gladly reimburse any gravvy thats needed for her large portion of chips and of course the pints of bacardi breezers ( or stella ).
Please do understand that i only want to see said creature for 10 minutes, purely to remind myself to never ever book an all inclusive holiday in Turkey again.

Neil, realised as i hit the 'post' button that the ''10 minutes'' line was going to cause trouble!

I had to drive up to Teeside on Wednesday (Billingham). I'm just recovering now!

Any further north than that and I get a nose bleed. I have to confess though, I've been a Sunderland fan all my life

see I knew you were a top bloke Dan ;)

I trained at Billingham as a spotty youth (ICI) and I lived 20 miles up the A19 at Peterlee. My stripes have been Red & White all my life.

I was born on 5th May 1973. My dad popped out halfway through to check the score!
