Round 2 with the estate agent today… came to take some photos on his iPhone for the brochure, web etc. Bin men hadn’t been so came back later for the front.

Picked him up on a couple of points, hadn’t mentioned in the draft brochure, the EV Charger installed on the driveway. Given the current climate thought this would be a given. Also on the floor plan, change the shower room to a wet room. Big difference in my book.

Asked James if I’m a bit harsh with him. “Yep” said James who normally sits on the fence. Not sure why I am.. other than I don’t trust him and he’s obsequious.. a typical estate agent.
