Christmas gathering

Postby Rob E » Fri Dec 11, 2020 6:05 pm

So was thinking, this years been pretty sh!t and more so for a lot of others, a gathering (I guess) is going to be quite difficult this year especially as we have some really really really old people in the club :D I know I know ... you love me really
So what about a zoom/Whatsapp quiz gathering, it’ll be absolutely stupid with people talking over each other but I could just be a bit of a laugh and it would give people that are further afield a chance to show their faces and join in, mark is the obvious to be quiz master and entertainer soooo give me a yay or a nae ? And if it’s a nae you’re officially really really really old :D

Hi Rob

We did a quiz every week ASA family at the start of lockdown. We had a bout 8 sets of couples on and if you have a dedicated quiz master it worked fine.

Was a lot of fun actually. I'd be up for it to be fair.

This is a poor show isn’t it ? Have people given up ? In my view how I see it a lot of us wouldn’t know each other if it was for skcc and I’m guilty as charged for not posting enough but I thought something like this would be a bit of fun and help people reignight posting, help introduce people, a bit of silly as it’s been so serious
