BBQ

Postby greenwoo » Mon Apr 13, 2020 1:45 pm

Guessing a few of you may have dusted off the Barbie in the last few days of glorious sunshine. By chance the other night i stumbled on these guys who have some interesting recipes - NB/ By recipe i do not mean a poncey Delia type thing, i mean MEAT.....

the 'bear can burger' caught my eye first, and since then have been drooling and wishing i'd bought some mince last time i was shopping!

I like the beer can burger, showed my wife and she said "You're not having that, it isn't healthy!"

treated myself to a new bbq - an 'Aldi special, one of those Kamado style jobbies - and will be having a go at some of teh recipes on the Pit Boys pages.
Was telling Sue last night about a proper 'whopper' - they made in in a cake 'round'.....popped loads of holes in the top, threw some brown sugar and hot sauce over it and doused it in whiskey.
Thing must have been 5-6 inches wide....then they added a flat mushroom, bacon and goodness knows what else....

Guess they make them to fit their mouths
