interesting to see how that a/focus works in real life - as looks pretty damm handy in the demo!

By all accounts it’s as good as it looks! Camera is currently in Germany, hopefully here by Thursday as I’ve got an ice skater booked

Camera turned up, gave it a quick go straight out the box.. pretty much my first shot, not the best but got potential. (400mm, heavy crop)

Thanks both, it is impressive and I haven’t really got to grips with it yet. Not much moving about to snap at the moment other than wildlife.. birds in flight are pretty tricky, my lens isn’t really long enough. Got these earlier, snapped in low light.

Getting to grips with the new camera, looking forward to some motorsport starting and getting some decent shots. Been having another go at more birds in flight. Lens is a little short at 400mm for this type of photography so images are cropped. Got some 500mm glass on the way which should bring things that much closer.
Slow progress on the DIY. Floor replaced along with new stud wall and opening. Window frame done. Wiring going in. Hopefully plaster boarding and plastering next week.
