thanks guys
hmm, my rear wishbones are looking a little crusty
Yes I have been thinking about the comments like this, the cost of cleaning and powder coating on the market place is pretty cheap, the time taken for each item is approx 1 hr, the biggest issue being my compressor that run out of puff after a few seconds and then cannot produce air quicker than I can use it so unless I stop will never reach pressure and cut put/ perform properly ( just need to wait till she out before I buy one from machine mart and sneak it in ).
I have an issue charging a fair ‘’mate rates’’ ( except to Tony ), but sure none of you would want to see me out of pocket for powder and leckie as sure that is soon to rise with the use of the oven, most of us car people would probably like to have a go at it, if you muck the application of the powder off, just blow it off and start again. Sooner or later I need to get back on my car rather than earn a few sheckles doing this for folk. Easy to fall out with mates who think you did a crap job.
I am rarely getting out on runs to exchange goods
So thoughts were if people wanted to have a go at this they could come to my leaky dirty garage ( you have been warned ), practice on scrap metal then clean and do their own coating under my watchfull eye whilst I actually work on my own car and weigh me in for suitable amounts of lecky and powder or bring you own powder, thousand to choose from.
