Something to aspire to - or just enjoy his work

Postby greenwoo » Thu Sep 27, 2018 4:47 pm

Never heard of this guy until yesterday, then 'as you do' stumbled on his work via utube....

Couple of vids - the 1st is about him, the 2nd about the work that he does, stunning pics from ikes Peak....if you like cars, like car photos that are on another level....then worth a view.

Top of his game for sure.. pikes peak shots are superb. Some nice ideas going on. Wouldn’t mind a go at capturing some drifting, cars are nice and slow.. His gear is slightly out of my budget though. He’s using four Canon 1DX Mark 2 bodies... £5.5k each.. prime 400mm lens, £10k. I’ve just busted my budget at £500

They were a great couple of videos Mark. Some of there stuff they were using must be thousands of pounds worth.
I would also say very inspiring as well, the sound of his shutter going like a machine gun was awesome, but some of his shots were truly brilliant.

Now that was a good find Mark.

These shots appeared on the local news last night. I was quite taken with them.

Yes like those Mike, the lightning one does it for me, But to get so many different photos of the same subject is a great idea, must of taken ages to do.
