Hello from Crawley

Postby Garyr1983 » Thu Aug 25, 2022 10:07 am

Hello everyone.

Gary here from Crawley.
I've been toying with selling my car lately due to lack of use but have decided to try and use it abit more first.

I read about this club over on the Westfield forum so here I am.

Looking forward to joining some of you on some run outs hopefully.

Hello and thanks for the welcome.

Car and spec.

Passed IVA in 2019 at the second attempt. Ashamed to admit it's only covered a mere 1100 miles since

Westfield aerorace chassis
Honda f20c with drysump, itbs, DTA s100 pro etc.
7 speed sequential with paddleshift
Carbon bodywork, interior, bellhousing and so on.

After many BECs I wanted something different but not too different and this is what i ended up with.

Couple of pictures taken up in Forest Row.

That’s a fantastic looking and great specced car, we really need to put some miles on her!!!

There are runs happening most Sundays and currently mainly by the Lotus group ( see these advertised in the runs section for this coming weekend). I’m off the road for a few more weeks and will then start shouting out morning runs which (hopefully) attract most of the seven type cars so watch this space

Hope to see you soon
