Hi all, trying (again) to get my long over due project going again

Hi everyone
I started building my book Locost 20 (yes, twenty) years ago. I'm based near Southampton.
I've various excuses for my slow progress but find myself building motivation at long last to restart the project.
I'm in a far superior position now than when I started, so I'm hoping I can make progress and keep motivated to the end.
Originally it was to be 2l pinto powered but as there are better engines to bolt to the type 9 I may pursue a zetec or similar (I'm open to other suggestions) - I've still got time to make that decision.

Engine wise.. a V8 is the only way to go.. :D

Welcome!!
as Mike says, we've got some Locost experts on here but plenty of other advice available too. What stage is the build at now? Good luck and keep going.

Well, mine. also Richard (Locost220) , also Tony T are locostors, not sure what book they built from, as neither of their cars are as pretty as mine !
joking aside, all our cars are good, and book built, and mine has been on the road since 1998, 20 years, I cant believe it myself
